Each training program designed by Coach Worm is offered within the RunBetter App and is customized to prepare you for the challenges particular to each course.

Programs include outdoor runs and treadmill runs using real course data to maximize race-specific training.

A two-time Olympic Trials qualifier, Coach Worm is now a personal running coach at Chicago’s Edge Athlete Lounge, as well as a Nike+ Run Coach.
