This is the only marathon training program that incorporates workouts run on the actual Mad Marathon course…virtually, from your treadmill.

Throughout the 18 weeks of training you’ll follow Coach Worm’s specific plan of speed work, long runs, course-specific treadmill workouts, and more.

While the course-specific workouts must be completed using the RunBetter App and a treadmill, the rest of the workouts may be done outside or inside– your choice.
